Matt McCarty won three times on the Korn Ferry Tour to earn a well-deserved promotion to the PGA Tour. His impressive performance culminated in a victory this week at the Black Desert Championship, where he secured his first PGA Tour win with a final score of -23. McCarty's consistent play throughout the week solidified his position at the top of the leaderboard and a final round score of -4 under. As a result of his outstanding achievement, he has now entered the Top 50 of the Official World Golf Ranking for the first time.

KPGA Tour - Baeksong Holdings-Asiad CC Busan Open   

Jang Yubin secured a dominant victory at the Baeksong Holdings-Asiad CC Busan Open, finishing tied with Heemin Chang at 9 under par 275. However, Yubin prevailed in a playoff on the 18th hole, sinking a birdie to claim the title.

DP World Tour - FedEx Open de France 

Dan Bradbury won the 2024 FedEx Open de France after a tense final day at Le Golf National. With well over a dozen players in contention throughout most of the fourth round, Bradbury finally emerged from the pack with three straight birdies on the back nine and held on to win at 16 under par. Playing in the penultimate group, Bradbury shot a bogey-free 66 on Sunday.

He celebrated his par putt at the last with a fist-pump and then watched from the scorers’ hut as Thorbjørn Olesen and Sam Bairstow also parred the hole to finish one behind, where they were tied with Jeff Winther and Yannik Paul.

Victory secured Bradbury’s place in the season-ending Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship and DP World Tour Championship in neighbouring Dubai, and he quipped: “I guess I’ll be looking at flights to Dubai then!”

Japan Golf Tour - Japan Open Golf Championship            

Shugo Imahira fended off the spirited challenge by Ryosuke Kinoshita to win the Japan Open Golf Championship by one shot at the Tokyo Golf Club on Sunday. Imahira entered the final round one shot behind Kinoshita, who had held the overnight lead. He stumbled early with a bogey on the third hole but recovered swiftly with a pair of birdies on holes four and five

The 32-year-old then birdied eight to reach the turn in 33. He dropped another shot on 11 before picking up another gain on 14. After another bogey on 16, Imahira headed into the final two holes tied with Kinoshita at three-under. He made par on 17 and was already prepared to head into a playoff until he managed to birdie 18 to sign off with a two-under-par 68 and a winning total of four-under-par 276.

Challenge Tour,China Tour - Hainan Open            

Hamish Brown secured his second Challenge Tour title when he came out on top against Lloyd Jefferson Go of the Philippines with a birdie on the first playoff hole to win the Hainan Open. The Dane’s crucial birdie on the final hole in regulation play ensured the tournament would go into extra time after Go – who was holding the lead at 20-under with four holes to play – bogeyed 15 and could only par his last three holes. “It feels unbelievable,” he said. “I managed to win in a country that’s so far away from Denmark. It’s very humid, with different cultures and I somehow played good golf during it.”

Asian Tour - SJM Macao Open   

Thailand’s Rattanon Wannasrichan swept to a brilliant wire-to-wire victory in the US$1 million SJM Macao Open today for his first victory on the Asian Tour in seven years. On a beautiful sunny day at Macau Golf & Country Club, the 29-year-old confidently completed arguably the finest week of his career by firing a four-under-par 66 to finish the tournament on 20 under.

Players from Thailand made it a clean sweep of the top three positions, with Gunn Charoenkul finishing second, two shots back following a 67, and Poosit Supupramai third, another two strokes behind, after a 64. Current Asian Tour Order of Merit leader John Catlin from the United States returned a 65 to share fourth with Filipino Miguel Tabuena, who eagled the par-five 18th for a 63 – the perfect way to celebrate his 30th birthday today. They finished on 15 under.

Sunshine Tour - Vodacom Origins of Golf - Wild Coast    

Jonathan Broomhead was able to daub his scorecard with red numbers for birdie as he charged up the leaderboard in the final round to secure himself a place in the playoff, which he subsequently won to claim the Vodacom Origins of Golf Wild Coast title at the Wild Coast Sun Country Club on Sunday. Broomhead shot a tremendous seven-under-par 63 on Sunday, which included nine birdies, as he posted the clubhouse lead at 11-under-par. Two hours later, it was only Luke Brown, who fired a brilliant 66, who managed to match that score. Brown and Broomhead then both parred the 348m, par-four 18thtwice before Broomhead nailed a 20-foot putt for birdie on the third playoff hole, to secure his second Sunshine Tour title.

Anton Karlsson claims victory on the first play off hole at the Destination Gotland Open. Anton Karlsson & Adam Guedra both finished with a final score of 10 under (206). Guedra had the better final round score of 67 (-5) compared to Karlsson’s 69 (-3) however it was Karlsson who was able to get over the line and claim the victory in the play off.

PGA Tour of Australasia - CKB WA PGA Championship presented by TX Civil & Logistics 

On a day in which three players began with a share of the lead and contenders came and went throughout an absorbing afternoon, Buchanan (66) and West Australian Jordan Doull (67) both finished at 17-under-par, forcing an extension to their duel in the desert. South Australian Jack Buchanan claimed his maiden Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia title on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff at the CKB WA PGA Championship presented by TX Civil & Logistics at Kalgoorlie Golf Course.

Alps Tour Golf - Croara Alps Open           

Spain’s Alejandro Aguilera, 24, wins the 2024 Croara Alps Open after making a birdie on the 2nd playoff hole against Austrian amateur Jakob Lotschak. He earned the winning check of €5,800 and 6,525 Order of Merit points. Most importantly, Aguilera, before this week, was 56th in the Order of Merit standing and hadn’t qualified for next week’s 2024 Alps Tour Grand Final Presented by DEPOT- The Male Tools & Co.. Thanks to his win, Aguilera moved up 34 spots and finds himself in 22nd place in the updated Order of Merit rank. He will be next week at the season-ending Grand Final.  He followed his opening round of 69, then 68 in round 2 and an amazing 9 under-par, 62 to end the tournament at 14 under-par. In today’s final round, he made 10 birdies and 1 bogey. Before this week, his best finish was a 7th place at the 2024 Alps de Andalucía. This is his first win as a professional player on a tour.
