DP World Tour - DP World Tour Championship
Matt Fitzpatrick has etched his name into the history books, becoming only the third player to win the DP World Tour Championship three times, following a dramatic play-off victory over fellow Ryder Cup teammate, Rory McIlroy. Having set the clubhouse target, Fitzpatrick was matched by McIlroy, leading to a one-hole decider. Fitzpatrick secured his 10th DP World Tour title and his first in over two years with a solid par on the par-five 18th to beat the defending champion.
This is the 11th win by an English player on the 2025 Race to Dubai and the 388th overall win by an Englishman on the DP World Tour. It also makes it back-to-back Rolex Series wins for England, following Aaron Rai's recent win in Abu Dhabi.
The victory comes two years and 39 days after his last win, the 2023 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, and stands as a fitting end to his 195th career start on the Tour.

PGA Tour - Butterfield Bermuda Championship
Adam Schenk secured his long-awaited maiden PGA TOUR victory at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship on Sunday, prevailing in brutal, gusting winds at Port Royal Golf Course. In his 243rd start, the American held on with an even-par 71 to win by a single stroke, a win that came just as he faced the stress of potentially losing his TOUR status.
Schenk's final round was a battle against gusts over 30 mph. The victory was clinched with a nervy, light-touch par putt on the 18th, ensuring he held off fellow American Chandler Phillips, who finished runner-up and dramatically improved his FedEx Cup standing. The win grants Schenk a crucial two-year exemption, along with spots in major events like THE PLAYERS Championship and next year's 20 million Signature events.

Japan Golf Tour - Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters
Kota Kaneko clinched his second Japan Golf Tour Organisation (JGTO) title on Sunday, dominating the Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters with a six-shot victory at the Taiheiyo Club Gotemba Course. The 23-year-old closed with a two-under-par 68, bringing his four-day total to 17-under-par 263. This impressive win is his second in just five months, following his breakthrough at the Kansai Open in May.

He started the final round with a five-stroke cushion, quickly extending his lead with two birdies in the first three holes. He highlighted that maintaining his mental composure was key, focusing on his rhythm and "playing calmly" despite the pressure. The victory now spurs Kaneko to pursue his ultimate ambition: winning on the PGA Tour, with a focus on exploring options in Europe as his next strategic move.

Asian Tour & PGA Tour of Taiwan-Chinese Taipei - Taiwan Glass Taifong Open
Thailand's Ekpharit Wu secured his first Asian Tour title at the US$400,000 Taiwan Glass Taifong Open, overcoming local favourite Hung Chien-yao in a dramatic finish.
The 26-year-old rookie shot a final round of five-under par 67 at the Taifong Golf Club, finishing on a 20-under total, two strokes ahead of Hung. The decisive moment came as Hung, who had led for much of the day, made back-to-back bogeys on the 15th and 16th holes.
A delighted Wu, who had his wife on his bag, credited his victory to staying present and trusting his game. "All the hard work that I put in is for moments like these," he said. The win elevates Wu significantly on the Asian Tour Order of Merit, securing him a spot in the upcoming US$5 million PIF Saudi International.

Chris Wood secured his second Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia title in dramatic fashion, winning the 2025 Ford NSW Open after a gruelling four-hole play-off at The Vintage. The victory, which comes 1,743 days after his last Tour win, has immediately placed his reported retirement plans under review.

Professional Golf Tour of India - Trident Open
Gurugram-based golfer Manu Gandas secured his ninth professional victory and ended a 22-month win drought by clinching the inaugural Trident Open at the Chandigarh Golf Club. Despite an ordinary final round of one-over 73, Gandas fought back to join local favourite and PGTI Order of Merit leader Yuvraj Sandhu and 21-year-old PGTI debutant Shubham Jaglan at a seven-under 281 total, forcing a three-way playoff.
Gandas demonstrated composure in the sudden-death playoff, hitting the best drive and converting a four-foot par putt to secure the title and the winner’s cheque. The former PGTI Order of Merit champion credited his mental approach for the win, stating he managed to "let it pass" after a double-bogey setback on the 16th hole. The victory also saw Gandas climb from 14th to seventh on the PGTI Order of Merit. His triumph was made particularly special by celebrating with his wife and two-month-old son, who travelled for his first event.

Big Easy Tour - BETWAY Big Easy Tour 9
Jacques Van Der Merwe achieved a spectacular come-from-behind victory at the ninth Betway Big Easy Tour event at Krugersdorp Golf Club, simultaneously earning his full Sunshine Tour card for the upcoming season.
Van Der Merwe's triumph on Thursday was his third win of the current campaign, which, according to Tour regulations, grants him a direct promotion to the main Sunshine Tour.
Starting the final round one stroke behind Andre Van Zyl, Van Der Merwe seized the opportunity when Van Zyl faltered. He delivered a brilliant final round of 69, finishing at 12-under-par (204) to claim the title. Van Zyl finished with an even-par round, unable to hold his lead.
Van Der Merwe, who became the first player to secure three wins this season, reflected on his success, saying that focusing on hard work and growth rather than results had allowed his achievements to happen "in a blink of an eye." The win marks the end of the year's events before the Christmas break for the feeder tour, which is supported by patrons like Ernie Els.
