PGA Tour - Valero Texas Open
Corey Conners won the Valero Texas Open for the second time in five years Sunday for his second PGA TOUR title, closing with a 4-under 68 for a one-stroke victory over rookie Sam Stevens.
Also, the 2019 winner, Conners had a 15-under 273 total on TPC San Antonio’s Oaks Course. The Canadian now heads to the Masters, where he tied sixth last year for his second straight top-10 finish at Augusta National.
“I had been feeling really good about my game, and looking forward to getting back here to San Antonio,” Conners said. “When I won in 2019, it was different, a real roller-coaster final round. I dug deep on the back nine, so I tried to channel that part of it today.”

Japan Golf Tour - Token Homemate Cup
Imahira gets JGTO season off to a winning start picking up his eighth JGTO title by triumphing in the season-opening Token Homemate moving in to the Top 150 in the Official World Golf Ranking. American Han Lee earned a morale-boosting joint-third placing on Sunday. Lee, 45, enjoyed a birdie-birdie finish as he signed off the week with a five-under-par 66 to finish on 20-under 267 total, just three shots adrift of Imahira, who sparkled with a 63 at the Token Tado Country Club.
Starting the day two shots off the pace, Imahira charged up the leader board with a flawless round containing eight birdies. After picking up his first on the fourth hole, he birdied seven of his last 10 holes to storm up the leader board before sealing a two-shot win over Rikuya Hoshino, who carded a 67.
Ryo Ishikawa, who held the joint lead with Hoshino, had five birdies to go against two bogeys for a 68 to join Lee in third. For Lee, it marked his second straight top-10 finish in the tournament after coming in tied ninth last year.

Korn Ferry Tour - Astara Chile Classic
Shortly after turning professional out of the University of Virginia in the summer of 2012, Ben Kohles won his first two starts on the Korn Ferry Tour. To this day, Kohles is the only player in Korn Ferry Tour history to win each of his first two starts. There were 10 years, 7 months, and 28 days between Kohles’ historic victories and Sunday’s final round at the Astara Chile Classic, where he defeated Dimi Papadatos, an Australian bidding to win his Korn Ferry Tour debut, with a birdie on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff.
Kohles entered the final round two strokes off the lead but flew up the leader board with birdies on four of his first five holes. Eight pars followed for Kohles, who birdied the par-5 14th and became the first player in the field at 21-under par.
Papadatos got off to a hot start as well, opening with back-to-back birdies and an eagle at the par-5 third. The 31-year-old Aussie later birdied the par-4 17th and, coupled with Kohles’ bogey on the same hole roughly 20 minutes later, took a one-stroke lead at 21-under par. With a par on the 72nd hole, Papadatos finalized a 7-under 65, tied for the low round of the day.
Kohles rebounded and birdied the final hole of regulation, the par-5 18th, forcing a playoff with Papadatos. The two played the 18th hole twice more in a sudden death playoff, with both making birdie the first time around, and Kohles making an up-and-down birdie from behind the green to win the next time around. Papadatos’ birdie putt to force a third playoff hole grazed the edge of the cup but stayed above ground.
“It was just great to feel the nerves again, really be in the thick of things,” Kohles said. “I was nervous on every putt I hit on (No. 18) green. I just tried to breathe and tell myself I’ve done it a million times and just picture myself on the practice green with nobody here, and just hit a good putt. That’s all you can do. Glad it went in.”

Challenge Tour & Professional Golf Tour of India - The Challenge presented by KGA
Ugo Coussaud claimed his first win on the European Challenge Tour at The Challenge presented by KGA after he posted a five under par final round of 67 at Karnataka Golf Association. The Frenchman birdied two of the last three holes to get to 18 under for the week and secure his maiden triumph, edging out Spaniard Manuel Elvira and Switzerland’s Joel Girrbach who finished in second place on 17 under par.
Coussaud climbs to the top of the Road to Mallorca Rankings following an emphatic start to the year which has seen him register a win and two other top ten finishes.
The 30-year-old started the day four shots off the lead, but birdies on eight and nine helped close the gap before three birdies on the back nine made sure of his first Challenge Tour victory.
“I’m feeling amazing,” he said. “I didn’t know when it was coming, but I knew it was coming. After five years on the Challenge Tour, it’s not that quick but I’m very happy indeed.
“It means a lot. I’ve put a lot of effort in, I’ve put a lot of work in with my team and it feels good to be on top.”

PGA Tour of Australasia - The National Tournament Presented by BMW
Tom Power Horan capped the best year of his career with an ace and a victory in The National Tournament presented by BMW on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Melbourne’s Power Horan, 30, knocked a 9-iron into the hole on the 146-metre, par-3 eighth hole at the Moonah course to send a message to the rest of the field that he would not be hunted down from his position as 54-hole leader.
Ultimately, he won by just a single shot at 19-under par from his playing partner John Lyras at 18-under, both men carding final-round 67s and providing some incredible highlights to close out the season on the ISPS HANDA PGA Tour of Australasia.
It is the second win of a ground-breaking season for Power Horan, who also won in Gippsland before Christmas and who now has DP World Tour playing rights as a result of finishing second on the Order of Merit.

Sunshine Tour - Limpopo Championship
Ryan van Velzen claimed his maiden victory on the Sunshine Tour in a dramatic final round of the Limpopo Championship at the Euphoria Golf and Lifestyle Estate on Sunday.
At the end of a difficult week of weather delays which forced the tournament to be reduced to 54 holes, the 21-year-old Van Velzen signed for a final round of 68 to win by a single stroke on 12 under par. Jaco Prinsloo, Luca Filippi and Daniel van Tonder shared second place on 11 under par. Former South African Golf Development Board (SAGDB) member Franklin Manchest achieved an impressive top 10 finish on seven under par.
A thrilling Sunday began with the suspended second round being completed on Sunday morning. Prinsloo posted a 67 – including four consecutive birdies on the back nine – to claim a two-stroke lead on 11 under par, with Neil Schietekat his nearest challenger on nine under par. Van Velzen was in a share of third place on eight under par.

PGA Tour Latinoamerica - JHSF Aberto do Brasil
After hitting his tee shot into the fairway on the 18th hole at Fazenda Boa Vista on Sunday, Charlie Hillier’s brother, Harry, who had earlier finished his round and was walking with his brother, said, “You birdie and you win.” That’s what Charlie Hillier did, creeping in a six-foot birdie putt that caught the hole’s left edge and fell in to win that gave him the JHSF Brazil Open title. That putt moved Hillier to 19-under, one shot free of Davis Shore, who a group earlier had posted the 18-under clubhouse lead.
“Luckily I hit a good tee shot and had a really good look and the putt dropped,” said Hillier, a New Zealand native and former University of Kansas golfer. The victory moved him to No. 2 in the Totalplay Cup standings, 12 points behind Cristóbal del Solar, who is currently playing on the Korn Ferry Tour.
Hillier definitely didn’t have his best stuff Sunday, as he struggled to an even-par 71—with two birdies and two bogeys. Yet what he did have was enough to hold off a host of challengers.
“It’s a lot of relief. I didn’t play my best today but fought really hard. I’m just super excited to celebrate with friends and family,” Charlie Hillier said, knowing Harry, who tied for 31st this week, would be part of the fun.
“If you told me I was going to shoot 3-under on the weekend, I wouldn’t have believed you just as I wouldn’t have believed I would have a six-shot lead after two rounds,” Charlie Hillier continued. It was his 62-64, 16-under score that ultimately helped him secure his first PGA TOUR Latinoamérica title in his 14th start in this his second season. Hillier also broke into the Top 1000 in the Official World Golf Ranking for the first time now ranked 933.
