Sunshine Tour & DP World Tour -AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open
Antoine Rozner moves back into the top 150 in the Official World Golf Ranking after he produced an impressive display of front-running, as he fired a Sunday 67 to storm to a five-shot victory at the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open.
The Frenchman began the day with a two-shot advantage and carded an eagle and three birdies on the front nine to stretch his lead to five strokes at the turn.
He then safely parred the next seven holes in breezy conditions before a bogey-birdie finish saw him end the tournament on 19 under par and banish the memory of his play-off defeat to Rasmus Højgaard in this event three years ago.
Rozner's commanding victory in the final event of the calendar year is his third win on the DP World Tour and first since the 2021 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.
An emotional Rozner said: "Unbelievable. It's a tough game. We practise so hard all year long and a win is a win and I'm so glad I got this done.
"It's so hard to win so I'm just so happy. I didn't know anything about the scores, I didn't want to have a look. I knew I was in the lead.
"I knew if I kept playing like this there was going to be no issue at the end but it was so hard.

Asian Development Tour - Aramco Invitational
Thailand’s Varanyu Rattanaphiboonkij made birdie on three of the last four holes to snatch victory at Aramco Invitational today at Rolling Hills Golf Course. Varanyu’s bogey-free seven-under-par 64 saw him finish on 16 under to win by one from overnight leader Dodge Kemmer from the United States (67) and England’s Barnes Wallis (64).
This marked Varanyu’s third victory on the Asian Development Tour (ADT) but first in four years, as both previous wins came in 2018: in the Combiphar Players Championship in Indonesia, and the Singha Laguna Phuket Open.
And with one event remaining, the Taifong Open next week, his fine performance has moved him into 11th place on the ADT Order of Merit, which gives him an outstanding chance of finishing in the top-10, something which will secure his playing privileges for the 2023 Asian Tour season.
“I am so happy, it’s been a long time since I won. It’s been over three years. I am so happy,” said Varanyu, who made birdie on 15, 17 and 18.
“I have just continued to work hard and improve and today it has paid off. I would like to thank Rolling Hills, Aramco and the Saudi Aramco Golf Association for making this all possible. I am so appreciative.”

PGA Tour Latinoamerica - Scotia Wealth Management Chile Open presented by Volvo
Trailing final-group pairing partner Conner Godsey by two shots with one hole left to play, Matt Ryan recorded an impressive eagle and then saw Godsey miss a four-footer for par that lifted Ryan to a dramatic one-shot win at the Scotia Wealth Management Chile Open presented by Volvo. The three-shot swing at the last left Ryan winning at 10-under and Godsey finishing solo second, at 9-under. Ryan and Godsey, a duo of lefties from the United States, had entered the day in a tie for the lead.
Winning the first and the last tournament in the calendar year across two different seasons, Ryan is now a two-time PGA TOUR Latinoamérica champion. His Estrella del Mar Open win in February led him to a 17th-place finish on the 2022-21 Totalplay Cup standings, while Sunday’s win places him third in the race for the 2022-23 Totalplay Cup. Ryan also moves to his best position held in the Official World Golf Rankings moving him into the top 700 with a position of 698th
“I didn’t expect to lead after the first round, and I didn’t expect to win at 10-under. I just kind of battled through all day, and making eagle at the last was pretty cool,” said the 36-year-old from California of his surprising victory at Hacienda Chicureo Club.
