Jens Farhbring claimed his maiden European Challenge Tour title at the Norwegian Challenge after the Swede followed up his record-breaking third round with a nerveless final round 66 to earn a three-shot victory at Losby Golf Club. Soon Song Hang overcame last week's Korean Golf Tour winner Kim Tae-hoon to win the SolaSeaDo-Pine Beach Open and jump nearly 200 places in the Official World Golf Ranking to 504th.
Sunshine Tour - Vodacom Origins of Golf
Heinrich Bruiners strolled to five-stroke victory in the Vodacom Origins of Golf and became the first player since Tim Clark in 2002 to win a Sunshine Tour event after having to pre-qualify to play. The rewards include an entry into the World Ranking in 741st position.
PGA Tour Canada - ATB Financial Classic presented by TELUS
Joe Panzeri shot a final round 70 to win the ATB Financial Classic presented by TELUS Friday, his second career PGA TOUR Canada win. Panzeri finished 17-under par total for a two stroke victory. He moves into third place on the PGA TOUR Canada Order of Merit and to World Number 608, climbing 351 positions.
Asian Development Tour - Ballantine’s Taiwan Championship
Malaysia’s Iain Steel claimed his long-awaited maiden victory on the Asian Development Tour (ADT) with a sizzling final round eight-under-par 64 at the Ballantine’s Taiwan Championship on Sunday. Like Bruiners in South Africa he enters the Official World Golf Ranking in 741st position.
