David Howell won the BMW Championship – The Players’ Flagship at Wentworth Club with four rounds in the 60’s over the West Course. Howell’s final round of 69 gave him a five stroke victory over fellow Englishman Simon Khan. Howell moves up 7 places in the Official World Golf Ranking to Number 10, becoming the 63rd player to hold World Top 10 status in the 20 year history of the Ranking.

Jeff Maggert won the FedEx St. Jude Classic at the TPC Southwind, Memphis on the PGA Tour where a final round of 65 gave him victory by 3 strokes from Tom Pernice Jr. Maggert climbs from 144th to 75th in the Ranking.
Kaname Yokoo won the Mitsubishi Diamond Cup on the Japan Golf Tour and improves his World Ranking by 60 places to 165th.
Scott Strange won the Philippine Open on the Asian Tour and advances by 100 places in the Official World Golf Ranking to 181st.
