World Number One Woods now heads Vijay Singh by a margin of 8.6 points while World Number 5 Els closes the gap on Phil Mickelson in 4th to 0.1 points.
This week’s other winners were Warren Abery at the Nashua Masters on the Sunshine Tour and Miguel Carballo at the Abierto Movistar de Guatemala on the European Challenge Tour.
