European Tour – BMW PGA Championship

Alex Noren won the first ever Rolex Series event as a stunning closing 62 handed him a two-shot victory at the BMW PGA Championship.

The Swede entered Sunday seven shots off the lead but eight birdies in his first 16 holes had him in a tie for top spot before he produced one of the great moments on Wentworth Club's famous 18th.

He put his second shot to six feet to send the bumper crowd into raptures and the resulting eagle putt handed him a two-shot lead and piled the pressure on the chasing pack.

After three days of glorious sunshine on the revamped West Course, heavy rain began to fall as the final groups made the turn and nobody could stop Noren claiming an ultimately convincing ninth European Tour victory.

PGA Tour – DEAN & DELUCA Invitational

Kevin Kisner came so close several times before finally winning on the PGA TOUR. He now has another victory, withstanding a charge by Jordan Spieth at the DEAN & DELUCA Invitational, after two more runner-up finishes this year.

"You start questioning if you're going to win again after a while," Kisner said. "Everybody was questioning if I was ever going to win. Then I win, and then everybody questions if I was ever going to win again."

The affirmative answer came Sunday when Kisner birdied the first three holes on the back nine at Hogan's Alley to go ahead, then finished his 4-under 66 with a clutch par save at the 18th after a wayward tee shot and an approach off the back side of the green and well below the hole.

At 10-under 270, the 33-year-old Kisner finished a stroke ahead of Spieth (65), Sean O'Hair (66) and Jon Rahm (66). He earned a check of just more than $1.2 million, along with the winner's plaid jacket.

Kisner was a runner-up four times, including three playoffs during the 2015 season, before winning the RSM Classic in November 2015. Then came two more runner-ups this year.

Spieth was standing on a chair to see over the crowd at the 18th green after his bogey-free round when Kisner putted up the mound to 5 feet of the cup and then made the winning putt.

"I was going to take my chances with a (par) 4 and see what happened," said Kisner, who never considered a different club for his last two shots.

Challenge Tour – D+D REAL Czech Challenge

Julian Suri closed out a memorable victory at the D+D REAL Czech Challenge to record the first European Challenge Tour win of his career and regain the top spot in the Road to Oman Rankings.

The American carried a three-shot lead into the final round at Golf & Spa Kunětická Hora but faltered early as playing partner Tapio Pulkkanen opened with two birdies before another one on the ninth meant the pair were level at the turn.

Asian Development Tour – Singha Phuket Open

Thai talent Chanachok Dejpiratanamongkol endured a nervous finish to close with a three-under-par 67, completing a wire-to-wire victory for his maiden Asian Development Tour (ADT) title at the inaugural Singha Phuket Open on Sunday.

The 23-year-old Thai, who held a four-shot advantage heading into the final round, dropped two bogeys in his closing three holes to sign off with a four-day total of 27-under-par 253, claiming a one-shot victory in the two million baht (approximately US$58,140) ADT event.

Newly-crowned Asian Tour champion Rattanon Wannasrichan of Thailand gave himself a fighting chance for a back-to-back win as he rolled in a birdie putt from one club length on the last to close with a 64 and take second place on his own at the highly-rated Laguna Golf Phuket.

ProGolf Tour – Raiffeisen Pro Golf Tour St. Pölten 2017 presented by Diners Club & Noyan Golftravel

Stanislav Matus from the Czech Republic won the Raiffeisen Pro Golf Tour St Pölten 2017 presented by Diners Club & Noyan Golftravel.

On the par 71 golf course of St. Pölten GC in Austria the 28 year old secured his victory with rounds of 62, 70 and 64, a total 17 under par. This finally gave him a one shot lead over German Nicolai von Dellingshausen (64, 68, 65/-16).

Nordic Golf League – Star for Life PGA Championship

Star for Life PGA Championship looked to have a clear winner for the final round. Niklas Lemke set a new course record with 63 strokes. He turned on a game of absolute world class, seven birdies on the first eight holes. Total 11 birdies, two bogies and 5 pairs.

Alps Tour Golf – Open Golf Clement Ader Paris

France’s Ugo Coussaud defeated Spain’s amateur Adri Arnaus after 5th extra hole and grabbed his maiden win as a pro. He started the day 9 shots back of the lead, produced the best score of the day 66 and eventually after more than an hour of play-off, lifted the trophy of inaugural Golf Open Clément Ader.

It was a tough day for the overnight leader. Young amateur from Spain could not do better today than 74 and holed for a birdie to gt into a play-off. On the other hand, Ugo Coussaud kept on surfing on his good form – he finished second last week- and signed for stunning 66.
