The 49-year-old Woody Austin won the Sanderson Farms Championship on Sunday for his first PGA TOUR victory since 2007, beating Cameron Beckman and Daniel Summerhays with an 8-foot birdie putt on the first hole of a playoff. Austin moves 351 spots from 608th to 257th in the world.

Italy’s Marco Crespi snatched a home victory in the Mugello Tuscany Open with four birdies in his last six holes to claim his second Challenge Tour title by a single stroke.
The 34 year old thrilled the Italian crowd at UNA Poggio dei Medici GC, near Florence, with his grandstand finish, coming from four strokes behind on the final day with a closing 65 for a 17 under par total of 267, one better than Norway’s Knut Borsheim, who had led from the start, and Portugal’s José-Felipe Lima. Crespi moves up 123 spots to now rank at 232nd in the World Ranking.
PGA Tour Canada - The Players Cup
Carlos Sainz, Jr. of Elgin, Illinois shot a final round 68 at Pine Ridge Golf Club Sunday to win The Players Cup, capturing his first PGA TOUR Canada victory.
The 25-year old Sainz, Jr. finished at 17-under par for the week at the Donald Ross-designed Pine Ridge, making birdie on four of his final six holes to edge out Tucson, Arizona’s Nathan Tyler by a stroke.
Asian Development Tour - Jakarta Classic
James Bowen of the United States savoured a memorable week when he posted a final round two-under-par 70 to claim his second Asian Development Tour (ADT) title at the inaugural Jakarta Classic on Saturday. James received 6 points to take him from 649th to 475 in the World Ranking
The American totalled 12-under-par 276 to edge out Chinese Taipei’s Chan Shih-chang by two shots despite making bogeys on the second and 14th holes at the Imperial Klub Golf.
