Week 31 - SCOTT STALLINGS WINS THE GREENBRIER CLASSIC AND CLIMBS TO WORLD NUMBER 119

Scott Stallings won the Greenbrier Classic in Sulphur Springs following a play-off with Bob Estes and Bill Haas after the trio had tied on 10 under par. Stallings birdied the first play-off hole, the 18th, while the other two could only manage par, thus securing his maiden PGA Tour win in his rookie season. Stallings who began the year as World Number 562 climbs into the World Top 120 with a jump from 224th to 119th.

Simon Dyson finished his final round at the Irish Open presented by Discover Ireland at Killarney Golf & Fishing Club with two birdies in his final three holes for a four-under par 67 and clubhouse total of 15 under par. Richard Green, playing in the final group behind needed a par to tie but unfortunately for the Australian he three putted from long distance. Dyson secures a spot in this week's WGC Bridgestone Invitational as well as a place in the World's Top 50 as he moves to World Number 48, up 19 places.

Yutu Ikeda held off the challenge of Tetsuji Hiratsuka to win the Sun Chlorella Classic on the Japan Golf Tour by a single shot. The win takes Ikeda to World Number 60, an improvement of 18 positions.

J.J. Killeen won the Utah Championship at the Willow Creek Country Club on the Nationwide Tour. His 22-under 262 tied the tournament 72-hole record first set by Brendon Todd in 2008. Killeen climbs to World Number 342.
