Martin Kaymer completed consecutive wins on The European Tour as he added The Barclays Scottish Open title to last week’s Open de France ALSTOM success. The 24 year old German compiled a near immaculate final round of 69 at Loch Lomond to finish on 15 under par 269, two ahead of France’s Raphaël Jacquelin and Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano of Spain. Kaymer moves to within a fraction of a point of the World Top 10 and he makes an 8 position jump to 11th in the Official World Golf Ranking.

Steve Stricker won his second PGA Tour title of the year with victory at the John Deere Classic by three shots from Zach Johnson, Brandt Snedeker and Brett Quigley. Stricker, who shot up the leaderboard by tying the course record with a 10-under par 61 on Saturday, followed that up with rounds of 68 and 64 Sunday as time was made up for a lost day's play on Friday. Stricker, who's highest World Ranking is third, jumps two spots to World Number 6.

This week's other winners were Roger Tambellini at the Ford Wayne Gretzky Classic Presented by Samsung on the Nationwide Tour, Alexandre Kaleka at the ALLIANZ EurOpen de Lyon on the Challenge Tour and Andres Gonzales at the Saskatchewan Open Pres. by Dakota Dunes Casino on the Canadian Tour.
