Zach Johnson defeated Ryuji Imada at the first extra hole to win the AT&T Classic for the second time in four years. In the playoff on the par-5 18th, the Masters Champion made a birdie four while Imada found the water with his second. Johnson moves up two places to World Number 13, a career high.

Zach Johnson defeated Ryuji Imada at the first extra hole to win the AT&T Classic for the second time in four years. In the playoff on the par-5 18th, the Masters Champion made a birdie four while Imada found the water with his second. Johnson moves up two places to World Number 13, a career high.

In another sudden death play-off Padraig Harrington won the Irish Open at Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort, defeating Bradley Dredge at the first extra hole, after the pair had tied on 5 under par. Harrington climbs one place in the Official World Golf Ranking to 11th.

On the Japan Golf Tour an historic win was recorded by 15-year-old amateur Ryo Ishikawa, playing in his first World Ranked event at the Munsingwear Open KSB Cup at Tojigaoka Marine Hills Golf Club in Okayama. He moves straight to World Number 397.

This week's other winners were Nick Flanagan at the BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs on the Nationwide Tour, Lu Wen-Tehat the Macau Open on the Asian Tour, Nicolas Vanhootegem at the Telenet Trophy on the European Challenge Tour and Spencer Levin at the Iberostar Riviera Maya Open on the Canadian Tour.
